Order Processing

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. If for some reason your order cannot be processed our Customer Service Department will contact you.

 

Returns

Merchandise may be returned by mail within 10 days of receipt of purchasein their unopened original packaging for exchange or refund. Returns are only eligible when accompanied by the following:

 

return authorization number original receipt packing slip all original packaging

 

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Items sent back without the return authorization number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

 

A return authorization number may be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at x 1 between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM Monday through Friday EST. Please write the return authorization number on the original packing slip.

 

Refunds are normally processed within two weeks of receipt and will be processed based on the original form of payment.

 

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Damages

When your order arrives, please take the time to inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage has occurred to any items in your shipment, please contact us at x 1 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM EST and our Customer Service Department will be happy to help.

 

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the customer must initiate damage claims against the shipper, feel free to contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.
