In addition to our own products, White Wave International Laboratories, Inc. offers private label products and services. Specializing in the personal care industry, White Wave International Laboratories, Inc. offers our clients a "one-stop shop" for their private labels needs.

What is Private Label? 

Private label products and services are provided by White Wave International Laboratories, Inc. offering your business a product of your own labeled with your own name. This assists in promoting your business while increasing profit margins. 

Individual salons and spas have started using private label products to market higher quality products. With White Wave International Laboratories, Inc. top-notch products and services, your own private label product will increase your presence locally, nationally and internationally within your own industry.

What Do I Need To Get Started?

  Call us for a free consultation. After receiving the appropriate paperwork and private label deposit, our formulations chemist will immediately get to work on your product. When we submit you your sample, if approved, you will fill out our sample submission sheet. If you are not satisfied, fax us the sheet with the updates required.

 After your sample is approved and your purchase order is submitted, we will start the process working together the entire way. We can even help you pick the perfect packaging. White Wave International Laboratories, Inc. will present you an estimate of your private label project cost. This estimate will include raw materials, packaging (if needed), cost of manufacture, shipping, graphic art design and labels (if needed). 

For both R&D and graphic art work, up to three choices will be submitted to you for your approval.  Both chemist & graphic artist will assist you in following the trends in your niche market. You will be submitted up to three choices for final label approval. Our chemist will create the important information needed for your label following any regulations for your product, including professional ingredient listing and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs).

 White Wave International Laboratories, Inc. will submit you any information needed to begin marketing your private label product while your product is being lined up for manufacture.

 White Wave International Laboratories, Inc. can assist your company in obtaining Certificates of Free Trade and North American Free Trade Agreements depending on your particular needs. Additional costs may apply.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Private Label Product?

This varies depending on the complexity of each formulation, schedule of manufacturing, availability of raw materials and transit times when shipping. One month or less is our typical turn-over time after approval of product sample. If it will take longer then our typical turn-around time, we will update you as we are alerted. We are here to assist you and your business along the way. Feel free to ask any questions and we will always keep you updated on a weekly, if not on a daily basis.

What Does Private Label Services and Products Cost?

  For each private label project requested, we require a $1,200 non-refundable deposit for scope of work. Half of this total is then credited back to your first signed and submitted purchase order. The other 50% will be credited back on your second order.  50% of the total project cost will be charged after your final approval and the final 50% will be charged upon shipment.
